Motivational Interviewing 2-Day Workshop:

This course teaches an approach developed by William Miller and Stephen Rollnick, based on the principles of motivational psychology – i.e., what motivates people to change. Because we deal so often with clients who don’t seem to be in “change mode” and can experience accompanying frustrations and stand-stills due to this, Motivational Interviewing is a particularly useful approach to learning.  It helps the helper avoid burn-out and discouragement; it assists the client in clarifying their own motivation to change.
