- Approval of Minutes: March 10, 2025 meeting minutes: Approved motion Commissioner Rager / seconded by Commissioner Chernisky. No discussion.
- Review of requested financials: (See attachment) : Financials reviewed. No discussion.
- BHoCC Credit Card-Remove Tanya as contact person and add Tracy Selak, Elyse Kirchner, Joe Crisi, and Rebecca Valle. Joe to email updated information to the credit card (Bank)
- BHoCC Name Change to “Cambria County HealthChoices”:
- Tracy Selak to speak with Ron Repak and/or Lawrence Tabis to determine if a name change is possible.
- Elyse reached out to Angela before the meeting-no issues with changing the name.
- Further discussion is needed
- RFQ Update:
- All submissions provided to the Commissioners and Tracy Selak. Submissions included First National Bank, Ameriserv, 1st Summit Bank, J.P. Morgan, Somerset Trust, Farmers, Hunington National Bank, Univest, and M&T Bank

- Recovery Center is going well. Jason is hoping to open a Youth Center. Ongoing meetings with Jason to show support and provide reassurance.
